  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the sales team.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  14. Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Retail Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
