Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In A Consumer Goods Or Retail Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Objectives.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
