Senior Director, SAP Audit and Compliance Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of SAP Audit and Compliance Management to join Procter & Gamble’s Financial Compliance team. This strategic role is critical to ensuring P&G’s financial processes are compliant with all external and internal regulations. The successful candidate will have an extensive background in managing global SAP audit and compliance initiatives, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the determination to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of SAP audit and compliance management policies and procedures that meet both external and internal regulations.
2. Analyze and identify areas of non-compliance, and develop strategies to address them.
3. Oversee the global SAP audit and compliance initiatives, and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators for audit and compliance initiatives.
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in SAP audit and compliance processes.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members and ensure that they are meeting goals and objectives.
8. Develop and deliver presentations and updates to stakeholders on SAP audit and compliance initiatives.
9. Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in regulatory requirements.
