Senior Scientist

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join the Research & Development team at Procter & Gamble. The successful candidate should be passionate about the scientific process, possess an innovative mindset, and be an excellent communicator.This individual will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, leading experiments, and managing projects. The Senior Scientist should have strong technical and analytical skills, and the capacity to work with cross-functional teams.We are seeking a candidate with a PhD in a relevant scientific field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a research and development role is preferred. Experience in a consumer goods environment is a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
