Knowledge of formulation processes, product development, and the fundamentals of skin physiology will be essential. The successful candidate will also have experience working in a research and development team, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can think critically and work independently.
