Vice President, IAM and Data Protection

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of IAM and Data Protection to join us at Procter & Gamble. The right candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection strategy and initiatives for the organization. We are looking for a passionate, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is a strong leader and communicator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading IAM and Data Protection initiatives for large enterprises.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data security management, identity and access management, and information security management. You should also have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data privacy regulations and standards, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection strategy for Procter & Gamble.
2. Monitor and evaluate security threats and risks related to IAM and data protection, and develop and implement solutions to mitigate those risks.
3. Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure the security and privacy of data and information systems.
4. Oversee the compliance of IAM and data protection initiatives to relevant industry regulations and standards.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external customers, vendors, and partners.
6. Stay up to date on emerging security technologies and best practices, and recommend new systems and solutions to enhance the company’s security posture.
7. Train and mentor team members on IAM and data protection processes and procedures.
8. Work with other departments to ensure the security of all data and systems.
9. Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the IAM and data protection strategy.
