I participated in the Disney College Program as part of the Front Office Team at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I worked at the front desk assisting guests with check in and ticket purchasing as well as any other issues that they have throughout their stay. In the back office, I worked with resort management to organize and analyze room inventory to ensure that the resort can house all incoming guest reservations.
