I am an undergraduate studying business, law, and public policy at Boston University. Through my academic and work experiences, I strive to explore how media and business can maximize social impacts. 

I have experience in content creation, journalism, leadership, event management, and community engagement. In each endeavor, I have applied insights and skills from previous experiences and collaborated with others to execute plans while learning as much as I can. I am seeking opportunities to make meaningful contributions while growing personally and professionally.

Strategy & Innovation Research Assistant

Collaborated with multiple clients to organize national pan-Asian professional convention and career fair. Executed online programming for 2000+ attendees and 62 sponsors on Socio and vFairs platforms. Managed registration data and analytics using Microsoft Excel. Addressed attendee concerns, troubleshooted problems, and delivered ad-hoc tasks in time-critical environment.

Event Management Intern

Authored 32 articles and interviewed 62 students, faculty, alumni and community members in fast-paced setting. Pitched topics, edited and fact-checked features, and guided writers for the Business and Technology section. Associate Business Editor

Elected as statewide chair for 50+ local chapters and 500+ members. Responsible for directing a team of twelve, developing new chapters, coordinating state summits and advocacy boot camps, creating training materials for student leaders, and recruiting and engaging membership through digital outreach (tripled organization in size in one school year). Recognized as High School Democrats of America’s State Chapter of the Year in 2019. Presented about menstruation stigmas and poverty at PA National Period Day rally.

Chairwoman

Initiated and organized seven free writing and youth empowerment workshops for 250+ children in Philadelphia. Developed curriculum, managed logistics, trained volunteers, and taught programs in libraries and summer camps.

Founder and Director

Hosted 12 officials to speak at student-focused forums and attended local government meetings. Launched school voter registration drives with Republicans Club and registered 292 teenage voters. Supported election campaigns through phone calls, door-knocking, social media, and recruiting volunteers.
