My name is Mychal Hayes and I have been passionate about art since childhood. Drawing inspiration from the world around me and expressing my creativity through various mediums. From a young age, I have always dreamed of sharing my artistic vision with the world. With years of dedication and growth as an artist, I’ve been eager to take the next step in showcasing my work on a global platform. Joining a company such as Netflix would be an incredible opportunity to bring my unique perspective to a wider audience and contribute to the creative landscape of entertainment.

While attending Rasmussen College, I strived and achieved my associates degree in graphic design.

As a promotional graphic designer, my duties would start off developing customer quotes. I would then translate them into appropriate design concepts for selected promotional products.
Once a product is determined, I would proceed in creating the appropriate artwork under the required specifications per the factory. I would then create a digital mockup by producing vector images and presenting them within a template for client review.
As I design, I ensure to adherence to brand guidelines for each project, maintaining brand identity and asset consistency across designs.
Effectively manage multiple tasks, balancing artwork creation and email communication to ensure accuracy in both design and quotes, I strive to achieve a happy client and a fabulous looking end product.
To achieve this, I communicate directly with clients via phone and collaborate with team members on various projects, fostering a more cohesive and efficient work environment.
  
Organization of project files systematically ensures easy access to files as well as streamlines workflow across the company.
