Market Manager I Executive Director

Mayra was a positive and very warm and inviting.  I honestly did not know her that well as she only worked for our firm for 3 months.  From what I did know of her she did seem eager to learn and grow but may have lacked some self-motivation to find her own resources.  I do think that Mayra could be a very hard worker but needs clear instructions and training.
