Developed internal simulation tools for an unannounced project. Gained experience with UI design, animation, AR/VR, scripting APIs, and Swift.

Senior Software Engineer

Joined Nuro through their acquisition of Ike. In my brief time there I managed the simulation engine team. We worked on intelligent agent behaviors for simulated vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles.

Manager and technical lead of Ike’s simulation team. We built an autonomous truck simulator using Unreal Engine. My contributions included editor customization, importing map data, intelligent agent behaviors, sensor modeling, scenario and test result database, HIL simulation, and cloud deployment.

Joined as a mechanical engineer working on optomechanical design and dynamic structural simulation. Quickly transitioned to a software role where I developed sensor simulation tools using Unreal and ray tracing libraries. Was promoted to technical lead of the Simulation Realism team focusing on sensor modeling and vehicle dynamics.
