As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), I oversee the comprehensive daily operations to ensure exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence. My role encompasses strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement in all facets of the restaurant's operations.
1\. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
2\. Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and cost control. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
3\. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations by implementing and monitoring safety protocols.

Chief Operating Officer

1\. During my internship at the Center for Community Energy, I actively contributed to advancing the organization's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and community engagement. My responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of tasks and projects including research, data analysis, community outreach, and event coordination. These activities allowed me to delve deeply into topics such as solar power, electric vehicles, and distributed energy resources. I gained a comprehensive understanding of renewable energy technologies, community development strategies, and policy analysis.
  
2\. Through hands-on experience, I sharpened my communication skills and developed proficiency in teamwork and problem-solving. This internship not only complemented my academic studies in International Business but also strengthened my commitment to advocating for sustainable practices within local communities. It provided me with practical insights into integrating business strategies with environmental sustainability goals, enhancing my ability to contribute effectively to future projects and initiatives in the field of sustainable energy

1\. Start-up Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and support to start-ups in various stages of development, from ideation to scaling, through workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
2\. Resource and Program Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, coordinate with university departments and external partners, and design programs that encourage innovation and entrepreneurial activities.
3\. Network Building and Strategic Planning: Cultivate relationships with industry experts, investors, and stakeholders to build a robust support network, and develop strategic plans to enhance the impact and reach of the Start-up Basement’s initiatives
