  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all callers, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  2. Utilize company-provided technology and resources to assist customers with their insurance needs and inquiries.
  3. Develop a strong understanding of company policies and procedures to accurately and efficiently handle customer requests.
  4. Act as a knowledgeable and reliable resource for customers, providing accurate and helpful information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes.
  5. Handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  10. Stay informed on industry and company updates and changes to effectively assist customers.
