We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Centralized Claims Adjuster to join the Progressive team. This position is responsible for providing superior service to our customers by adjusting claims for auto insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ethics. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years of experience in auto insurance claims and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will also have experience with claims review and investigation, as well as organizational and computer skills. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads is essential. Our Centralized Claims Adjuster must also have a commitment to high quality customer service, an understanding of applicable state insurance laws and regulations, and excellent communication skills.
