  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of Progressive's insurance products and services to accurately assist customers.

  6. Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers and provide necessary support.
  7. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our database for future reference.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential customer issues to prevent escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Progressive by representing our values and commitment to exceptional customer service.
