Claims Adjuster Trainee

1. Learn and understand the insurance industry: As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, it will be your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the insurance industry, including the different types of insurance, policies, and procedures.
2. Assist customers with claims process: You will be responsible for helping customers through the claims process, including gathering information, assessing damages, and providing updates on the status of their claim.

7. Complete training program: It will be your responsibility to actively participate in and successfully complete the company's training program for Claims Adjuster Trainees.

9. Meet performance targets: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding performance targets set by the company, such as handling a certain number of claims per week or maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
10. Collaborate with team members: As part of a team, it will be your responsibility to work collaboratively with other Claims Adjuster Trainees and colleagues to ensure efficient and effective claims processing.
