  1. Learn and understand the insurance industry: The Claims Adjuster Trainee will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry, including policies, procedures, and regulations, in order to effectively perform their role.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: The Trainee will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders by effectively communicating and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Learn the claims adjusting process: The Trainee will be responsible for learning the claims adjusting process, including investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims, in order to accurately and efficiently handle claims.
  4. Gather and analyze information: The Trainee will need to gather and analyze information from various sources such as policyholders, witnesses, and experts to accurately assess claims and make informed decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships: The Trainee will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with policyholders, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient claims resolution.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Trainee will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, when handling claims to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  7. Maintain accurate records: The Trainee will need to maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, including documentation of all actions taken, to ensure a thorough and efficient claims process.
  8. Participate in training and development: The Trainee will be expected to actively participate in training and development programs to enhance their knowledge and skills in claims adjusting.
  9. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines: The Trainee will need to be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure timely and accurate claims resolution.
  10. Uphold company values: The Trainee will be expected to uphold the company's values and ethics, including integrity, transparency, and teamwork, while performing their role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Economics.

  • Ability To Quickly Learn And Apply New Concepts, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Customer Service Experience, With A Focus On Resolving Conflicts And Providing Excellent Service.
