  1. Provide exceptional administrative support to the claims team to ensure efficient and effective processing of claims.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding claims in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims-related activities.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
  5. Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  7. Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and updates to management.
  8. Continuously analyze and improve processes to streamline claim handling and enhance customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and the claims team, providing support and guidance as needed.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
