  1. Provide administrative support to the claims team by organizing and maintaining claim files, completing paperwork, and entering data into the system accurately and efficiently.
  2. Assist with the processing and tracking of claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is properly completed and submitted.
  3. Communicate with customers, agents, and other departments to gather and verify claim information and provide updates on claim status.
