
Claims Administrative Support Specialist

- Provide administrative support to the claims team in processing and managing insurance claims.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims by organizing and maintaining claim files, documents, and records.
- Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the claims team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in claim processing.
- Assist in the preparation of claim settlement documents and other required paperwork.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proactively identify process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all aspects of claim processing and administration.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claim handling and customer service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the claims manager.
Proficiency In Data Entry And Organization: The Claims Administrative Support Specialist Should Have Excellent Data Entry And Organization Skills To Accurately Input And Maintain Large Amounts Of Claims Information.
Knowledge Of Insurance Claims Processes: Familiarity With Insurance Claims Processes, Including Understanding Of Coverage, Liability, And Settlement Procedures, Is Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: The Claims Administrative Support Specialist Must Have A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Completeness In All Aspects Of Their Work.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary For This Role To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
