  1. Process and maintain accurate records of claims, including documentation and information from customers, agents, and team members.
  2. Communicate with customers and team members in a timely and professional manner, providing updates and assistance as needed.
  3. Assist in the resolution of claims by gathering necessary information, conducting research, and providing support to claims adjusters.
  4. Utilize administrative skills to efficiently handle a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations within the claims department.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns from customers.

  9. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ways to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
