We are looking for an experienced Manager, Supplier Diversity, to join our team at Progressive. This position requires the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of the complexities of managing a successful supplier diversity program. The ideal candidate must possess an unwavering commitment to diversity and be driven to help ensure our company-wide commitment to diversity and inclusion. The Manager, Supplier Diversity, will be a creative and strategic thinker who is an expert at building relationships and partnerships with suppliers. The successful candidate must have a passion for diversity and inclusion, and be able to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions to maximize our supplier diversity program. The ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals is a must. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in supplier diversity and/or procurement in a corporate environment. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, are essential in this role. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of the supplier diversity industry, current trends and regulations. Finally, a successful candidate must be organized, able to multitask, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
