- Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation vehicles.
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to fleet operations and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vehicle vendors and negotiate favorable contracts for fleet services.
- Train and mentor fleet maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure alignment of fleet management goals with overall company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fleet management processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and external stakeholders regarding fleet operations and performance.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any fleet-related emergencies or incidents.
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable operations.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Fleet Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Logistics Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fleet Management Software And Telematics Systems.
Demonstrated Experience In Budgeting, Cost Control, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
