- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and drive results.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse employees, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain and track warehouse budget, making adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement procedures for quality control and inventory management.
- Communicate with customers and address any concerns or issues related to warehouse operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Including Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Safety Protocols.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Warehouse Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Distribution Center.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Large Team.
Proficiency In Warehouse Management Software And Systems, Such As Wms And Erp, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
