We are looking for a customer-focused individual who has a passion for helping others and is knowledgeable about library services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, library sciences, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.The Customer Care Librarian will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing advice and support, and creating a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in library sciences or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of library systems and processes is also required. Responsibilities:
