Job Description

As part of the Corporate Development team, the Investment Analyst is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable financial management information related to M&A projects. Execution and administration of transaction processes. Evaluation of potential acquisition and divestiture targets. Modeling pro forma scenarios associated with potential acquisitions and divestitures, including cash flow and return analysis. Production of concise communications for senior management, including company profiles for the Executive Office and Board of Directors level presentations. Engagement with business partners across the organization including Finance, Tax and Accounting. Coordination of cross functional due diligence.

Job Qualifications
  • Corporate finance or transaction-related experience, M&A experience at an investment bank preferred

  • Financial institutions industry experience is a plus, but is not required
