Job Description

You will develop a deep understanding of key business processes and combine that business insight with your technology acumen to fundamentally change the way work gets done. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the systems design. Learns and utilizes various programming languages to build enterprise-wide solutions. Leads the design and implementation of systems test plans, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs promptly. Collaborating with a broader technology organization to ensure solutions meet high technical quality standards and follow software development best practices. Analyzes existing system and programming logic to provide more efficient machine operations or to identify difficulties, and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in a software development role.

  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented design concepts, service-oriented architecture, or data warehousing is desirable

  • Work effectively as a member of a team in a matrix reporting environment.
