Certified Nursing Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing superior care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.The successful candidate must be certified as a nursing assistant, have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, and possess a current CPR certification. The CNA must also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help us provide our residents with the best possible care. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent quality care to residents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team.
3. Utilize excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
4. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
5. Assist with daily activities as needed, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring.
6. Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare staff.
7. Document resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
8. Ensure that safety standards and infection control protocols are followed.
9. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
10. Participate in in-house training and continuing education courses.
