  1. Provide compassionate care to residents: The CNA Phlebotomist will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  2. Perform phlebotomy procedures: The primary responsibility of this role is to utilize phlebotomy skills to collect blood samples from residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
  3. Assist with resident activities of daily living: The CNA Phlebotomist will also be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
  4. Monitor residents' vital signs: This role requires regular monitoring of residents' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
  5. Maintain accurate records: The CNA Phlebotomist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care, including phlebotomy results and any changes in their condition.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Completion Of A Phlebotomy Training Program And/Or Certification In Phlebotomy.

  • Ability To Accurately Collect, Label, And Handle Blood Samples While Adhering To Safety And Infection Control Protocols.
