Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of dedicated caregivers to provide quality care and services to vulnerable populations.
2. Manage and supervise staff to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
3. Develop and implement operational plans to ensure high quality patient care.
4. Monitor and assess operational performance to identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
6. Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Develop and manage the budget for the facility.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the facility.
9. Monitor and evaluate quality assurance, safety, and risk management programs.
10. Maintain open communication with staff to ensure they are kept informed of changes and developments.
