
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team and help provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional demeanor and a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of our residents. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing quality care, has a commitment to excellence in customer service, and is dedicated to working in a team environment. The successful candidate for this role will possess required qualifications, including a valid Nursing Home Administrator's License in the state of Georgia or the ability to secure said license, a minimum of three years of experience in long-term care administration, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of CMS regulations, a track record of successful survey outcomes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a valid Nursing Home Administrator's License in the state of Georgia and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure exceptional care and customer service for all residents.
- Develop and maintain a team-oriented environment within the facility.
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure compliance with all CMS regulations.
- Monitor and review survey outcomes and provide feedback to staff and residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction.
- Monitor operational budget and expenses to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the medical director and other staff to ensure quality care is provided to residents.
- Maintain and update records for all residents and staff.
- Monitor and document all resident activities and progress.
- Provide training and guidance to staff as needed.
- Work with families and other healthcare providers regarding resident care.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure safety of residents.
- Foster relationships with other organizations and businesses in the community.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with residents, staff, and families.
