Responsibilities:

1. Schedule patient visits and ensure patient care is provided in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Develop and maintain successful relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
3. Multitask and prioritize critical tasks.
4. Ensure adherence to Medicaid and Medicare regulations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
8. Participate in team meetings and other organizational initiatives.
9. Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
