Welcome to PruittHealth! We are currently seeking a skilled Wallpaper Installer to join our team. As a leading provider of healthcare services, we prioritize creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining wallpaper in our facilities, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. We are looking for someone with experience in wallpaper installation and a strong eye for design. If you are passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Install and maintain wallpaper in multiple facilities to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and residents.
  2. Ensure high quality and attention to detail in all wallpaper installations.
  3. Collaborate with design team to select appropriate wallpaper designs for each facility.
  4. Prepare walls for wallpaper installation, including cleaning and repairing any imperfections.
  5. Measure and cut wallpaper to fit accurately and efficiently.
  6. Apply wallpaper using appropriate techniques and tools.
  7. Ensure all wallpaper is properly aligned and smooth.
  8. Communicate with facility staff to schedule and coordinate wallpaper installations.
  9. Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project.
  10. Stay updated on new wallpaper trends and techniques.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during wallpaper installation.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Wallpaper Installation, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Materials: Extensive Knowledge Of Different Types Of Wallpaper Materials, Patterns, And Adhesives, And The Ability To Select The Appropriate Materials For Different Surfaces And Environments.

  • Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail And Precision To Ensure All Wallpaper Installations Are Completed With A High Level Of Quality And Accuracy.

  • Physical Stamina: The Ability To Work On Ladders And Scaffolding, Lift And Carry Heavy Materials, And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Interior Designers, And Other Team Members To Ensure The Installation Meets Their Expectations And Specifications.
