
Associate Program Support Manager

You will work closely with program managers to ensure that initiatives are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain relationships with program managers to understand project needs and objectives -Provide administrative and operational support to project teams -Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time -Ensure accuracy of project materials, data, and documents -Create and maintain project documentation and files -Monitor project progress and provide updates to program managers -Assist with troubleshooting project-related issues -Assist with program reporting and performance tracking -Organize and facilitate meetings and other project-related activities -Identify and communicate areas for improvement in project processes
