NERC Compliance Analyst

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a NERC Compliance Analyst. As a NERC Compliance Analyst, you will be a key member of the Compliance & Controls team and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NERC Reliability Standards.To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a deep understanding of the NERC Reliability Standards, experience in compliance analysis and a solid understanding of the electric industry. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be required to interact with different levels of management, as well as with external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor compliance with NERC Reliability Standards to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
2. Analyze and interpret new and existing NERC Reliability Standards, and advise the management team of any changes that need to be made.
3. Develop and maintain compliance monitoring tools and processes.
4. Track and document all compliance activities, including audits and corrective actions.
5. Prepare and submit compliance reports to the appropriate regulatory bodies.
6. Work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships.
7. Communicate with various levels of management to ensure compliance with NERC Reliability Standards.
8. Provide training and guidance to other staff members on NERC Reliability Standards.
