Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to the customer operations team • Ensure customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service • Manage customer relations and resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans to address customer concerns • Monitor customer service performance and implement corrective action when necessary • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures • Create and maintain positive team morale • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance • Create and manage team schedules and ensure deadlines are met • Develop and implement successful strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
