  12. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and continuously seek ways to improve the online shopping experience for Publix customers.
  13. Manage and track digital marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on digital marketing performance and initiatives.
  15. Mentor and train junior digital marketing team members to foster their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Strategies, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, Email Marketing, And Content Marketing

  • Experience With Web Analytics Tools, Such As Google Analytics, To Track And Analyze Campaign Performance And Make Data-Driven Decisions
