- Receive and unload deliveries from trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for quality and accuracy.
- Label and organize products for storage and distribution to stores.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store products.
- Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.

Organizational Skills: Dock Persons Need To Be Able To Efficiently Organize And Prioritize Merchandise For Storage And Delivery. Attention To Detail And The Ability To Work Quickly And Accurately Are Important.
Forklift Operation Experience: A Dock Person Should Have Experience Operating A Forklift And Be Comfortable Maneuvering It In Tight Spaces. Certification Or Training In Forklift Operation May Be Required.
Safety Awareness: Working In A Busy Warehouse Environment Can Be Hazardous. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Follow Them At All Times To Prevent Accidents And Adhere To Company Policies.
