- Develop and create high-quality motion graphics for various marketing projects, including social media campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas for motion graphics that align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Utilize design principles and a strong eye for detail to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of motion graphics produced.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and effective final product.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, animating, and editing.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of motion graphics.
- Maintain and organize a library of graphic assets and templates for future use.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into the design process to improve the overall effectiveness of motion graphics.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all motion graphics produced.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve the visual identity of the company through motion graphics.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Motion Graphics Design, Preferably In A Marketing Or Advertising Setting.
Proficiency In Industry Standard Software Such As Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, And Illustrator.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Motion Graphics Projects, Including Animation, Video Editing, And Visual Effects.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop Effective Marketing Campaigns.
