Teaching Experience In Relevant Subject Areas: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Teaching Courses In Areas Such As Flight Dynamics, Aerospace Structures, Propulsion, And Astronautics.
Research Experience And Publications: Candidates Should Have A Strong Research Background In An Area Related To Aerospace Engineering And A Track Record Of Publications In Reputable Journals.
