  1. Develop and implement corporate responsibility strategies, policies, and initiatives to uphold the company's values of inclusion, sustainability, and social responsibility.
  2. Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulations related to corporate responsibility and risk management, and make recommendations for action.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of corporate responsibility efforts across the organization.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  5. Liaise with external stakeholders, including NGOs, industry groups, and government agencies, to stay informed on best practices and maintain positive relationships.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate responsibility programs and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on corporate responsibility policies and initiatives.
  8. Monitor and report on the company's progress towards its corporate responsibility goals and targets.
  9. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay abreast of emerging trends and share best practices.
  10. Collaborate with the communications team to effectively communicate the company's corporate responsibility efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Act as a spokesperson for the company on corporate responsibility issues, including responding to media inquiries and participating in public speaking engagements.
  12. Stay informed on global affairs and their potential impact on the company's operations, and make recommendations for action.
  13. Support the development of partnerships and collaborations with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders to drive positive social and environmental impact.
  14. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business operations and industry standards to ensure alignment and integration of corporate responsibility efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Or Public Policy.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Sustainability Issues And Policies, Including Environmental And Social Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Partners.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Corporate Responsibility Policies, Programs, And Initiatives.
