Job Description

PVH Corp is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Internal Communications and Editorial Strategy. As a global fashion and lifestyle company, we are dedicated to creating iconic brands that resonate with consumers around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies, as well as leading our editorial direction across all channels. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative professional with a passion for storytelling and the ability to inspire and engage our employees.   1. Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the development and execution of all internal communication materials, including newsletters, email communications, and company announcements.
  3. Create and maintain a consistent editorial voice and tone across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and values.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize internal communication needs and opportunities.
  5. Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication to employees.
  6. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and informative content, such as articles, videos, and infographics, to keep employees informed and connected.
  7. Serve as a key point of contact for all internal communication inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and department heads, to understand their communication needs and provide strategic guidance.
  9. Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  10. Lead and inspire a team of communication professionals, providing direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communication and editorial strategy, and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into our strategies.
  12. Manage and oversee the budget for internal communication and editorial strategy initiatives.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all communication materials and strategies are in compliance.
  14. Represent the company at internal and external events, speaking engagements, and other opportunities as needed.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and departments within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications And Editorial Strategy, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Internal Communications Strategies, Including Content Creation, Messaging, And Employee Engagement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including The Ability To Provide Guidance And Direction, Delegate Tasks, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
