- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and production, to bring innovative and high-quality products to market.

Extensive Experience In Product Development And Sourcing: A Senior Manager At Pvh Corp Must Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Sourcing For The Fashion Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Design, Merchandising, And Production Processes.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively. The Candidate Must Have Experience In Leading And Developing A Team Of Product Development And Sourcing Professionals.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: The Ideal Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify Opportunities And Risks In The Product Development And Sourcing Process.
