Job Description

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and implementation of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize work. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required, and experience with project management software is preferred.We are looking for a professional with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Monitor progress of projects and take corrective action as needed.
  3. Manage risk and take appropriate action to minimize project risk.
  4. Develop and implement project management systems and processes.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
  7. Identify areas for improvement in project management methods.
  8. Provide guidance and support to project team members.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
