Job Description

QNB is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a 1st Customer Service Executive! The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate should have a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The 1st Customer Service Executive should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.The 1st Customer Service Executive will have a great opportunity to make a positive impact on Qatar National Bank and our customers. Responsibilities of a 1st Customer Service Executive:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  4. Diagnose and resolve customer issues and answer customer questions.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Provide feedback and recommendations on customer service initiatives.
