Job Description

Relationship Manager at Qatar National Bank:Qatar National Bank is looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our team and take our customer relationships to the next level. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, providing high-quality customer service, and developing a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field• At least 3 years of customer service experience in a banking environment• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and standards• Ability to use banking software and systems• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamIf you are someone who is passionate about providing customers with a great experience and is eager to build strong and lasting relationships, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer accounts • Provide high-quality customer service • Develop an understanding of customer needs and preferences • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner • Ensure customers are informed of banking regulations and standards • Use banking software and systems to complete transactions • Solve customer problems and address any customer complaints • Build strong and lasting customer relationships • Work independently and as part of a team • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records • Monitor customer accounts for any unusual activity
