We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join the Ralph Lauren family. This position requires an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an outgoing personality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a memorable and enjoyable experience as they enjoy our delicious coffee and tea selections. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, who loves making people feel welcome and appreciated.To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end coffee shop or restaurant. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering impeccable customer service. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a commitment to consistently producing high-quality beverages are a must.
