Sr. Allocator

We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and organized Sr. Allocator to join our team at Ralph Lauren. As an integral part of our merchandise planning team, the Sr. Allocator will be responsible for maximizing sales and inventory performance by developing and implementing strategies to best allocate product to our stores and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forecasting and analyzing inventory data, as well as a passion for fashion and retail.The successful Sr. Allocator will have 5+ years of retail planning and allocation experience, preferably in the apparel industry. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field is required, and experience using JDA, Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software is an asset.
