Responsibilities: • Greet customers and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. • Assist customers with their groceries and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience. • Load and unload grocery bags into customer vehicles as needed. • Monitor and restock shelves as needed. • Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service. • Assist with cleaning and maintaining the store area. • Comply with all health and safety regulations. • Provide assistance to customers in locating items in the store. • Identify and report any out-of-stock items to store management. • Process customers’ payments and provide change. • Assist with promotional activities, such as setting up displays and organizing special events.
