Responsibilities:

1. Bag customers’ orders and ensure they are secure and properly organized.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
3. Restock shelves as necessary and keep the store neat and organized.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
5. Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
6. Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Follow store safety procedures and report any safety hazards.
8. Ensure that all necessary supplies are replenished and available.
9. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
10. Assist other team members, as needed.
