4. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

11. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to accommodate customer dietary restrictions or preferences.
12. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to improve skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
14. Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager.
